My art is constantly improving and changing, so there may be some differences from the examples shown.

Do not modify, trace, copy, alter the commission.

You cannot claim the commission as your own piece.

You can upload the commission to your networks, with the corresponding credits.

I will only start with the commission once payment has been made.

I am free to refuse the commission in case I don't feel I can fulfill it.

The artwork made is not authorized for use in AI, NFT, cryptocurrencies, things that are related.

I have the right to use commissions to expand my portfolio or for advertising purposes (If you want I can privatize your order for a small extra charge, let me know so I can take it into account. ).

Payment in full is made in advance. Payment is due within 72 hours.

Artwork is for personal use only. For commercial use:

Commercial use x2 (Ex. Videos, vtubers, Pngtuber).

Merchandise x3 (Ex. Sales prints, merchandise)

I also have commissions on Vgen and Ko-Fi.

When commission starts no refunds will be accepted. Please keep this in mind when commissioning me.

If I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be issued.

An extra charge will be made according to the complexity of the character.

Privacy of the assignment counts for 10% of the total amount.

My turnaround time can be from 2 to 5 Weeks (In case this changes, I will keep in touch).

In case it is urgently required for a specific date, an additional 30% will be charged.

Provide as many references as possible about the character. Attach different types of images and descriptions (not by generators like AI), this to be able to make a better commission.

Small corrections are fine, if there is something I forgot to include or something I need to change to correct (that is in the reference), then please let me know.

I will send you a concept sketch for your review, if you have any questions or need me to make any changes, let me know at this stage. I will not make any changes once the concept has been approved and the clean sketch, colouring and rendering begins.

In case you want corrections past the sketch, an extra charge for complexity will be made.

The YCH does not have corrections, since I work with a base.

The delivery can be by: Sta.sh, gmail, google drive.

-In case I'm doing a collaboration with another artist, please respect their TOS/species too.

-I have the right to use my designs as part of my portfolio.

-The price is for personal use only (unless otherwise specified in the post; otherwise, it remains for personal use only)

-Payment methods are PayPal (USD), Ko-FI , and Vgen.

-Full payment must be made in advance. Payment must be made within 24 hours at the latest.

-There are no payment plans, unless otherwise stated in the post description.

-No refunds.

-May be resold, but not more than the purchase price.

-Do not delete the comment while the auction is still active.

-If payment is not made or my messages are ignored after winning the auction, will be added to a blacklist and the bid will go to the previous bidder.

-It is permitted to sell it, give it away, or market it as art.

-You can give it away or sell it, after having it for a minimum period of 3 months.

-Resell is allowed. In case of having extra artwork, the value can be increased ONLY FOR COMMISSIONED ART.(Gifts do not increase the price of the adoptable)

-I will assume ownership of the design|adoptable, in case it is delivered to someone who is on the blacklist, likewise the person who delivered it will also be included on the list for breach of TOS.
